Cryoniss are delighted to welcome Clare Kendrick to the team, as our new Technical Sales Specialist.

After 22 years working across R&D and Manufacturing settings with a cell culture supply focus, Clare brings with her a wealth of experience and technical knowledge. “When Sonia Houghton offered me with the opportunity to join Cryoniss as a Technical Sales Specialist, I was delighted!

A Company With a Family Feel

Working across both large and small companies, I think I’ve finally found where I feel most comfortable – namely a smaller company with a family feel, exciting challenges and where every day is different.  And that’s Cryoniss. I know my efforts will have a direct impact here and that is a powerful motivator.

Watching Cryoniss grow through its early development into the dynamic, forward thinking company it is today and now moving from being a customer to an employee has been such a wonderful journey and one am hugely proud to be a part of.

I now get to use all my combined skills from the span of my career and apply them to this new role to ensure the continued success of this innovative, driven team and their shared goal to enable exceptional science – something which I am still, and will always remain, resonant about.

Passion, Integrity and Doing the Right Thing

I am extremely passionate about integrity and doing the right thing and this is so easy at Cryoniss. We are open and honest, qualities which were always evident as a customer and also one of the many things that made working with them such a pleasurable experience.

I am in my element when problem solving and love to ensure that processes are robust and reproducible through detailed documented practices – yet another thing that I know will help me fit seamlessly into the team.

Away from work, my children take up a lot of my personal time but in the wee hours I do sometimes get to plonk myself down to catch some TV. I don’t stray too far from my inner scientist, enjoying the latest sci-fi shows.

As a family we make it a ritual to enjoy a family walk every week and spice it up a little by incorporating Geocaching into it; basically hi-tech treasure hunting.
